According to Article 25 of the "Foundations Act", in addition to any prior objection from the donor, the OMEXEY Charity Foundation of the Consortium must take the initiative to disclose relevant information about the donor's donation. Then, please download the Anonymous Application Form, fill it out, and email it to Ms. Cheng at our finance department: yuting@omexey.com.tw. If we do not receive a response from you, we will assume that you consent to the disclosure of your personal donation information.
